My weather broken???? (3 Viewers)

Hi

I can not get any data for my weather or choose city. Any ideas???
Have been this way for several weeks now. :-(

what version of MP are you running?

does configuration run and allow you to select cities for weather?

Has anyone had success in getting a Doppler image to display from weather channel?
I can't get images to work.
I put in the url for Doppler rader from weather channel but MP doesn't display anything when I try to access it...any ideas?
An example of a working url would be great...

Are you talking about animated or static? Also it would be helpful for you to fill-out the support template!

Since you say it is animated, can you take the URL for that image and view it with Internet Explorer? If so, what is the type of image? In other words what is the extension (.gif, jpg, etc.) of that image? How about posting the URL so we can view this animated doppler image?

OK - The problem with that URL is it seems to be a javascript underneath which runs through a number of images (jpg) one after another. Sorry, can't do that in MP. The Weather plugin doesn't have the ability to play anything but a static (single jpg, or maybe other static images) image - and the ONLY multiple image that I know can be played/viewed in the weather plugin is a gif (which would have multiple images inside of it). I tried to find a TV station in OKC that may have an animated GIF, but I checked with three stations and didn't find any. Myself, I just have static images from one of the Tulsa stations.

Looks like there are TV stations in the OKC area which have live radar video (real player or Window media) feed and another a video feed in flash, but can't play those either in the Weather plugin. Maybe in a future version we can request it.

thanks for your time...I didn't even notice you were a fellow okie!
again thanks for your time & effort.....I hope as with GB-PVR this (animated Doppler) will be possible.
MP is way better than GB-PVR.
