I have been attempting to help the user @Juneislostohno but she said there was no Upload Button and she gets a message saying
    "Uploads are not Available"

Can someone look at her account...

Just to be sure, we are talking about public area, not Conversations?

Chrome 54.x here too. It can be a local Chrome/Flash-(blocker) issue but thats just wild guessing.

hi high! I was trying to upload within the conversation I was having with breese. Didn't have a forum thread to put it into. Didn't know you couldn't upload in a conversation so kept trying by drag and drop. Kept getting message "uploads not available". No buttons availble to try. I have upload button here and will try here now.
Worked with both drag and drop and with upload button. Sorry. I guess I'm just too green on how to use a forum. My only other forum works really different, but it's not a tech forum so that is to be expected.

I do not know why this xml was in my theme folders, it must have sneaked in some time ago (years?). I simply removed the file. The Latest Media Handler plugin seems to be working as expected. I've had no lock-ups.

Sorry, it's my fault -- I did not notice that you are using MP2. :( MP1 has a separate configuration utility, similar to "TV Server Config". I have tried MP2 only a couple of times, and have never used it seriously. I don't know what MP2 supports with regard to adjusting audio delay, but I do know that all of the adjustments of...
