This phenomena appears for me when I have an existing series (let's say with XviD files). Then I add one or more episodes with a totally new filetype (like MP4). When these episodes are added to the DB and I go into the TVSeries menu inside MP, only the new episodes with the new filetype/codec have squashed icons. However, this is fixed whenever I restart MP and never occurs again (unless I add a new filetype again). This means that I have seen this 3 times so far, which definetly is nothing to worry about. Just thought I'd add this so maybe you get a better overview of the problem.

Weird, thats all I can say. So your in MP and display your epsisodes, then (while staying in MP) you add a new episode with a new filetype, MP picks this up and imports it, then refreshes the view and that is when your getting the squeezed icons?

Works fine inside MP. Little bit buggy in configuration.

Just wanted to test it today again. Was a little bit late for me yesterday. After another test the following behaviour could be watched:
1) Start config with clean plugin database.
2) Go to views. -> Disable "Channels"
3) Got to other panel -> Set language to German.
4) Import files. Set other non-important stuff up.
5) Start MP -> Got to plugin. The views are loaded and translated correctly. "Channels/Sender" isn't shown.
6) Go back to config -> Go to views.
7) All views are translated in the left part except the previous disabled "Channels". This is still in English. Each clicked translated view leads to selection of the "All/Alle" view on the right side. En/Disabling is always set for the "All/Alle" view if you change anything. Only the untranslated "Channels" works correctly. See attached screen.

I recovered another issue yesterday (*looksforsomegoodplacetohide* ):
I installed the new build on my HTPC and I tried the "Select series automatically" feature for the first time, since I don't want to wait for the import. It seems that he just doesn't select a match if there are translations available. For example my "Alias" episodes are named "Alias - SxEE - Title.ext". He then showed up the selection dialog where I then selected "Alias - Die Agentin". Shouldn't this be automatically selected, too?

No, it will only auto pick if they match exactly (and it only considers your language because that is what it gets back if a translation exists Edit: well there is another field returned that appears to be the original title, but I don't think its meant that way). If you name your files Alias - Die Agentin 1x01.avi then it would auto pick.

1. If "show only episodes with matching local file" is checked all shows magically disappear. In configuration and in MP (except Latest page for some reason).

2. The views (Latest/All/Unwatched/Favorites) are shown in inverse order.

If I press left I would get "Favorites view" and right I would get "All view".

Are you sure its yesterdays svn? Pls post your build number.

I thought I fixed that yesterday?

I did not run a clean install with an empty database after your fix was released. And I prefer, if I could just manually delete the unneeded files.

I don't know about inside MP, cause I always refresh the episode DB through the setup. But after adding a (or even more) new episode with a new filetype and going into MP, the new episodes (and only those) have squashed icons. This is the way it is until I exit MP and start it up again. Then it's gone forever!

As I said, this is really no problem for me, just thought it maybe give you a hand in solving other logo-based problems.

New Build: 0.9.9.37588 (Please make sure you're actually running this one when reporting things)

Only a few things, I didn't have much time today.
- Fixed: Logo export msg said Watched flags
- Fixed: Issue with scanning from within MP depending on settings (this should work fine again now)
- Still cannot reproduce: Squeezed Episode thumbnails (all logos in one) - tried thumbnail exposing skin/non exposing skin, but changed something that might fix this so pls test again (although I don't understand how it could)
- Changed: made some log msg nicer
- Fixed: Possible Null reference on getting episode images
- Changed: Auto matching online Series when non-english language is set now also matches by english seriesname
- Fixed: Bug where auto scans (filesystemwatcher initiated scans) would not show up inside MP if option showonlylocal files option was turned on until the next full scan occured
- I think fixed: "If "show only episodes with matching local file" is checked all shows magically disappear. In configuration and in MP (except Latest page for some reason)." - this probbly has to do with the point above (but will require either a fresh DB or a manual full scan from config to be effective)
- Can not reproduce: Views shown in reverse order (or selected, depending on how you look at it) - for me left brings up the next one displayed left (perhap the skin your using places the labels wrong?)

So whats left:
- Directory management not respecting overall MP settings (can cause problems with Vista)
- View config apparently a bit bugy
- Tab Order: if i'm in the mood - probably not ;-)
- What else?

Any more logo templates you think would be useful to include by default? Did someone test the one provided so far, are they all working as expected?

I still need updated translations, only have english, german and hebrew so far. I think there's alot of french users, so if someone would be so kind

What skin are you using? I had the same issue and am using the latest Replicant skin. I looked at the skin xml and found the labels were reversed - so I swapped them around myself.

I tried to reproduce this one but couldn't. Here are the steps I did before hand:

1. In my Bones directory, I renamed episodes 219,220 and 221 to 220, 221 and 222 respectively (so to match TV.com)
2. Loaded Media Portal
3. Entered TV Series plugin
4. Noted that a full update was being run as configured in setup
5. Entered Bones directory to see if changes took affect

Result: As scrolling down the list I noticed episodes that had at least 4 logos appeared very small. All other episodes with 3 or less were OK, other TV Series were OK with 4 or more.

After restarting Media Portal, it was back to normal.

I possibly couldn't reproduce this as I didn't try a Full Scan but only updates on watched folders.

* I noticed that the real-time monitoring on Import Paths works when Adding\Deleting files but it doesn't work when renaming. When you do a refresh it updates as expected. Not a biggie as its not hard to Press F5 or restart Media Portal.

* 'Show Hidden Items' check-box when toggled uses 100% CPU of one core for approx 10secs on my system. Is there anything you can do to optimize this, I have currently 513 watched files and none of them had their flag set to 'Hidden'.

* Suggest the ability to 'Filter Duplicates', this would be convenient when monitoring a download directory and also your proper storage.
