Option to disable "Stop Live TV" prompt missing in 1.4.0? (1 Viewer)

Hi Pat.
This was something people wanted generally [from forum threads] - it's now configurable.

See the TV Client section - the GUI graphic - "Notifications" tab [far right] - you now have option to turn notification on/off on stopping timeshift -watching live TV in effect].

maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
Preferable with as much disabled as possible
also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)

Since over a year my MP sometimes stucks while showing the welcome screen. It started once a week now it happens every second time...

Seeking within a program after changing channels does not work while watching live TV

@CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help!

When I first start watching a TV program the timeshift functions works perfectly. I can shift back and forth in time and it works...
Ok, thanks much. I will look into the instructions above. For the moment, I turned off the "Automatic channel logo update" in Settings (which somehow I had missed, I think because it wasn't an option previously), and the deleted everything in the Flat-default folder and populated it with my own logos.
