Order setting in my Pluggins does not work in Titan skin (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I would like to change the order of pluggins in "my Pluggins" via "Home - Setup" -> "Menu Setup" and it does not work in Titan skin.
The order setting works in default and wide skin.
