Don't worry! You are not late to reply me. Yes, buttons are overlapped...
I use point 1,2,3,4 so now I'm going to edit .xml introducing y position and then I set it 'only read' so I think .dll doesn't change it...

Are you a fan of Stoner (moto gp rider)??... great Ducati with great australian rider!!!!

Just made an update to the plug-in, you will see it in the downloads once it has been approved by the site admins. I've changed the way the plug-in is configured, you now assign a port and a pin to each on screen control you want to use. So you can now use up to 16 devices when using 2 ports simultaneously.

Who has 2 parallel ports and 16 devices?? I don't know but hey why not :)

Porro! I've fixed the skin problem, The skin can now be adjusted as usual, the controls are no longer dynamically positioned and they now respond to changes in the skin file. :)

Please let me know if there are any bugs (I'm sure there are), I only tested it lightly.

Cheers,
Rhys

Hey Rhys,

Awesome work, I was wondering if you are ever thinking of creating a plugin for the TV Server ? It would be great if I could control devices on the TV Server from any MP clients in my house. For example, I have security cameras connected to TV Server that can be veiwed on any client but the clients can't control switching between cameras because the camera system requires hardware switching or manual (finger press) control to switch cameras.

Cheers
Mike

Yeah I'd been keen to have a crack at that. Not sure when I'll get the time tough. I think I need to use .NET remoting, which I've never used so it might be a good learning experience, I'll add it to my list of things to do :)

Ok mc6956708, you've tempted me and I've stated on a new version, the new version will be able to operate both local and remotes points so it's more peer to peer, every PC running mediaportal with the plug-in installed will be able to control the others powerpoints and viceversa.
Is anyone out there actaully using this plug-in???! ;-) If so do you have any feature requests? I really don't have the need for all this funcationallity my self I'm just doing it for fun :D

Cheers,
Rhys

That's odd, do you see the controls in mediaportal? I'll be releasing a new version soon enough which is pretty much a complete re-write.

You can always try, select any window, turn off the Media Portal, change the ID of the selected one to the desired one (plugin) and check.
