This post normally goes into the sticky thread for Expression requests, but here goes:
Since I can not see what actions you took in the import wizard, I can only give you help based on your log file in normal mode. Debug mode would have given me a lot more info, so my help is restricted.
As an example: "the unit\season 2\S02E05.Force.Majeure.avi" is only seen as "S02E05.Force.Majeure.avi" by the filename expression, so it is unable to get the series/show title from it.
"The.X-Files\season 4\The.X-Files.4-xx.Behind.The.Truth.DVDRip.XviD-Lgn.avi" has no episode information, and this is more then likely a special, so you need to map this to the Season 0 information as per TheTVdB website for that show. Same for the Season 3 stuff you have.
You need the following simple filters:
1. <series>\Season <season>\S<season>E<episode>.<title>.<ext>
2. <series>\Season <season>\<season>x<episode>.<title>.<ext>
And you need to rename a lot of your other failed episodes for, X-Files, SGA and Farscape as they lack S..E.. information, which is crucial for matching. Simply look up each episode on TheTVdB website manually and rename accordingly.

MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback.
