[confirm] Playback of a movie -> MP2 crashes to desktop (1 Viewer)

Logs are attached. Both with the movie "Mud". First working without text subs, second not working with text subs!

I've uploaded a 30 sec test file (82mb) -> Link. I think, the issue is related to the text subs. With text subs playback fails, without playback is working fine. Most of my movies have text subs for playback on other players like WDTV and TV's, which are not able to display .pgs subs. I hope, we'll find a solution for this odd behaviour.

Have made one test more. Playback is working fine on a Win7/64 PC! On my Win8 Pro/64 playback doesn't work. Is this issue maybe OS related?

Not OS version related, but I guess related to installation. I guess after a reinstall it's working properly. (But I'd never suggest you to do so!)

The test clip plays fine here. (Win7x64, MP2 dev).
I'd also say it's installation related, and would be nice to figure out what, but this seems really tough to figure out

What still makes me wonder why it works correctly if we use a the filename and let render the graph automatically, without using our DotNetStreamSource.

As exspected, after a refresh of Win 8.1 (+foobar2000, +Teamviewer, +VCD, + Chrome, +LAV) playback is working as exspected. Nevertheless i would like to know, what causes the crahes.
