    diskeeper,

This is the translation I get.
You have the HtmlAgilityPack.dll in plugin folder.

Does this mean we should or should not have this file in our plugin folder.
I have tried both ways and still no id's.
I am guessing it should be there.

I will look at creating a log file.

    Hi there

if you got in trouble downloading the actual file (means the installer download a huge file) then see my post

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...e-web-webbrowser-89101/index2.html#post677198

stdly : I could see this in your log -> BrowseTheWeb.mpe1 so follow the above steps. Then install the current version 0.2.2 (the with proxy support) and make a new log.

Last way is to deinstall the plugin complete manual, see here:

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...e-web-webbrowser-89101/index3.html#post678026

and the HtmlAgilityPack.dll should be installed too. Beause even other plugins using it make sure it has the version 1.4.0.0. I did not recommend to remove it, maybe its used by other plugins too. I might rename to make it clearer that this is needed for BrowseTheWeb.

    Hello,

    A couple of queries:

    1) can I view a Veetle TV stream -ie. Golf Channel- from within MP with your plugin?

    2) I, too, only get the *.dll from your download link. What files should actually be d'led? Also, where is the plugin actually hosted? code.google.com?

    :D

    Hi.

Very useful and nice plugin :)

The problem with no id's showing, could be caused by having older versions of the needed dll's in the root of mediaportal directory.

The older dll's will then be used instead of the once in the plugin directory.

    Regards
    Sunedane

    Hi 1gkar

    1.)
press "clean installation cache" in the installer and exit it.
    delete folder C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Installer\V2

then start the installer again and "download update info"

    2.)
    The code is here:

    SourceForge.net Repository - [mp-plugins] Index of /trunk/plugins/BrowseTheWeb

    Hi sunedane,

that was something I also thought, but so far I could not see a problem in the logs. Maybe somebody will post more log. Set log verbosity to "debug".

    Cheers

    kroko,

    Thanks for your reply.
I started the un-install and found that there was no Skybound.Gecko.dll file in my "C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows" directory.
So I stop the un-install and copied Skybound.Gecko.dll from my working vista machine but still no ID's.
I then did an un-install as you listed and used the extention installer to install 0.2.3 the file Skybound.Gecko.dll is there now but still no ID's.
    Here is the log.
