    Hi

I've done some experiments too, and 24669 was good, and i used that for a while, but then in yesterday
it took latest from svn and compiled and updated and HD & evr in win 7 is suddendly good again. It's strange,
as i had huge problems since svn ~25000. For example RC1 did not work at all for HD.

Was it because the position of the moon or what? :D.

    Regards,

I had problems with 1080i and also updated from SVN and suddenly it works good again! Strange.

After RC1 there shouldn't be any change in the dropper frames / juddering area since no code changes are done in that area.

That is why i thought it has something to do with sun or moon position ;)

    Br,

    updated from SVN

    I don't find a link!?

Where do I find those SVN's?

    cu

You dont find them. Some of us fetch source code from svn repository and compile Mp by ourselfs.

    Br,

Ok. I will make a complete uninstallation of MP and install RC1 again. And see how it works.

for the crazy people who compile mp ourselves - will there be a patch for this core.dll?

Sounds like you had a DXVA problem...

Unfortunately, my dev system is not the best one for multimedia :p

I will go and test this core.dll in my living room on the ATOM 330 ION. But what I saw last night was more than just 1-2 dropped frames less... and it didn't stutter. Will report back later...

Yes, I would guess that is what is needed. Please tell us your conclusion.

It worked good with RC1 too.

However, the core.dll in this thread https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...playing-problems-rc1-tv-radio-avi-dxva-78501/ made a good improvement om some other recordings I have, which previosly only played at 25 fps but now play at 50 fps as it should.

    When will it end? :)

    1) real time SVN access...
    2) real time access to patches...
    3) real time read only access to developers PC...
    4) real time reand & write access to developers PC...
    5) access to the develpers mind to gain the patches before those are out...
    6) house keys for the team members houses...

:D I'm quite sure that the specific patch will end in SVN soon. Looks promising.
