It makes people think - which in advertising is a good thing. But the word "source" is obscurred by the background being so light in that area - maybe just burn (using dodge/burn in PhotoShop) the background image in the general text area - which would darken it up and then the text would "pop" out and be more visable?

Otherwise I think it is smart!

I like it! Looks realy nice. Personaly I would have chosen an other font. But maybe that's just me

I agree for both last points (the font used and the problem reading it because of not enough contrast).

You might want to rotate the M in the frog's mouth clockwise by a bit - it would stand-out more as an M and because at my first glance it looked like the frog had grey fangs ...
