Not possible for 1.4.0 at the current state of development (only showstopper bugfixes allowed to be included).

So, i'm agree with you , because is not planned for 1.5 , perhaps for 1.4.1 ?
x.y.z -- where z releases are only for fixing the show stoppers that leak into the releases.
With train model we aren't planning features per release - they are added to release when then criteria is met.

Not planned for 1.4 and not ready (lacks compatibilty with old PS settings and installer mod). I am just working on the first issue and will need some help with the second one (a previuosly installed PS++ must be removed from the list of installed plugins when MP with PS++ integrated is installed - no idea how to do this).
