I just installed it and it still detects the stream at 25hz for some reason. I've attached my Mediaportal log.
humm, i remember something for my use, for me TV frequency is 50i (interlaced) so, you must define 50hz for TV 25hz

MP appears to be detecting it as PAL 25Hz. I can modify that setting and it changes it to 30Hz (as it's detected from my external Mediainfo probe).

and are you sure than you TVcard / TV link support 4k 50 hz (hdmi ?
I do have a tuner that supports 4k but I currently don't receive any stations that broadcast 4k (here that standard is called ATSC 3.0). Looking at my log it looks like the stream is 1920x1080i
So, this is not fixed for you
Yes, it seems that way :(

the issue is not your tv stream, the issue is if your "TV/GPU/HDMI link" support 4k 50/60hz in 4:4:4 sub sampling.

but MP detect 25hz instead of 30 is not good, so bug is there.

wait, is this only for recordings, or also with live streams? (tbh I only tested live-streams).
And I see in the log: "Video frame rate : 0" :(
can you doublecheck the version of mediainfo.dll and mediainfo.wrapper.dll for me?
