humm, i remember something for my use, for me TV frequency is 50i (interlaced) so, you must define 50hz for TV 25hzI just installed it and it still detects the stream at 25hz for some reason. I've attached my Mediaportal log.

I do have a tuner that supports 4k but I currently don't receive any stations that broadcast 4k (here that standard is called ATSC 3.0). Looking at my log it looks like the stream is 1920x1080iand are you sure than you TVcard / TV link support 4k 50 hz (hdmi ?
