Yes.
1. Open TV Server configuration.
2. Go to the TV Channels section.
3. Go to the "all channels" tab.
4. Use the arrow keys or drag and drop to re-order the list as you like.
5. Click OK to close TV Server configuration.
6. Restart MP and the channels will be in your preferred order.
