AW: SAF v4.00beta (StandAlone Filters) - DXVA ready (MPEG2, H.264 and VC-1).

Hi hoborg!

I have a question about your SAF and Avisynth.
I wanna use this Script:

Code:
MT("
a= last
b=a.Spresso()
SeeSaw(a, b,sstr=1.3)
LimitedSharpenFaster(strength=40)
",2)

and i have to install some plugins for avisynth.
Let me know how i can install it?

SAF do not have any encoder, it designed for playback only.

Hi,

first of all thank you hoborg for your work! its great!

I have a question about how do i set up ffdshow audio for 2.1 audio systems?

i have connected stereo boxes and subwoofer to my pc's buildin soundcard.
now i have no bass in stereo only streams, and i have problems with dvd supporting ac3 5.1 because i think the speach is put out on my not connected center speaker (i hope you understand what i mean).

when i used AC3filter i was able to set up the audio system with realtek soundman and it worked fine, now the soundman settings have no influences at all.

thank you for your help.

    Have you ticked the "LFE" box under output or mixer settings ;)

    I have the following settings:

    at mixer:

    output speaker configuration 2/0/0 with LFE enabled.

    at "expand stereo to surround" i tried surround/center 0% with LFE 100%.

    but still no bass in stereo streams.

    If you run the soundman config, does the subwoofer work in the test speaker setup.

    If it does not, then reinstall audio driver, ps. also if you have a nvidia graphics card, the latest realtek drivers are interfering with them, so better to use a older version.
