This is a bug in the tsreader... There is already a fix for this and I think it was merged One or two days ago
You should "unfreeze" mp by skipping 15 sec back

Also tried experimental TS-reader v70 but failed, too.
Unfortunatly I will not have the time for more experiments, so I went back to the package of 19.04. (for MediaPortal) and it seems to run fine.
Take the tsreader from the one that works for you, and try to use it with the latest.

The version in the logs is the standard 1.3.0 version (0.5.63) - I don't think this is TsReader version related (and it's not FreakyJ's freeze problem either).
Off topic: The logs look strange - there are duplicate logs, i.e. normal and tvserver_ versions of the *same* logs. Do we have a Mantis entry for the log collector problems with the new Log4Net logs ?
