@Sebastiii: You are running windowed mode on that Screen, I run Fullscreen on the selected Screen.

@elliottmc: can we have a new installer please.

No know issues. So everyone do a full check. There might be regressions because of the latest fixes.

For suspend/resume issues: turn off all 3rd party plugins to make sure they are causing issues when the system resumes.

I have the bug, with FPS GUI slowdown to 30 FPS but only on 2nd SCREEN 1680x1050 VGA, no problem with the 1st 1920x1080 DVI
    i have 60 FPS when MP start > 3 sec > 30FPS > 3 sec > 60 FPS ..... on Homescreen without touch keyboard/mouse

EDIT : tested with your last commits

Do you actually see something stuttering or did you just check the counter?

If there is some GUI rendering issue this stuff is not in the logs. MP does not log each rendered frame. Also can be anything. As you see it in intervals
this is something entirely else. Nothing logged beside your mouse movements that tells me something.

For me it sounds like every 3 seconds something blocks the render loop for some time if you actually see a difference. Like some message that needs to be processed. I suggest first starting to turn off process plugins if it makes a difference, the move over to window plugins.

Also check your GPU clock with GPU-Z if something is happening in 3 second intervals.

    Anyone else seeing this?

25 downloads and no reported issues. Seems good, but would be better if this is the case if people can simply post 'tested and all working fine' and maybe a very brief comment on system (number of displays).

    Thanks :)
