If there are Vanessa you have seent a PM, i can inform that she has not be logged in seens 2007-03-11. So i guess a anwer will not come anytime soon.

What's really this secrecy about vanessa? what really happened?
I have seen alot of nice ideas and promises from here on this forum, and now I seem to understand there has been some argument?
Either way, I think she would give away the gfx for unfinished skins if someone managed to get to her. Its very ethical..
Perhaps some of the older MP members have another way of asking?
I would also know a little about some of the 3dmp gfx, I am using some in my current mod, and cant post it untill I know more..

Is there an xml display utility that will allow graphically checking of dialog and osd text and graphics element placement?

maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
Preferable with as much disabled as possible
also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)

Since over a year my MP sometimes stucks while showing the welcome screen. It started once a week now it happens every second time...
