Thanks for this, I'll give it a whirl when I get home tonight..

Is there an easy way to back up all my other settings - like Moving Pictures, etc or do I need to do all that from scratch?

Are the following also included in this patch?

It will install over the top of another installation. I said do a fresh install to be on the safe side. If you install over the top of your current install then just clear the channel lists.

Guys,

Do not use this on any Rigs that are used for daily use. I do not want to be responsible for any loss of data or time.

This can be used to grab the Channels --> Export --> Import to your daily rig.

Not sure if I am doing something stupid here...

Channel scan worked fine, and channel numbers etc seem to match up to the Sky numbering system.

However.. no matter what I do, I cannot seem to get it to populate the EPG? All channels just say No Data Available.

I even tried a manual EPG grab, but that doesn't initiate an EPG refresh either any more..

Also.. All my recordings now show Unknown as the channel next to them - no biggie, just wondering why..

If you export your channels and install the setup file from the 1st page. Then import the channels

Ok, I'll hang fire for a little bit - I have problems with Moving Pictures and TV Series, as I updated StreamedMP at the same time tonight, so I will probably do a clean install at some point..

I reinstalled the 1.2.0A files back over the top, and removed the OpenTV plugin .dll. However, the EPG grab still does nothing, and also clicking on the Manual control option in TV Server does nothing, so I am unable to initiate a manual EPG grab.

Presume I need to do a new install now - would rather have waited for the fixed files though!

Did you manage to figure what the issue is?

Hi,

I just tried installing:-

Setup-MediaPortal-svn-1.1.5.26688
Setup-TvEngine-svn-1.1.5.26688

MP installs ok, but the TvEngine install errors near the end "Database cannot be updated" or something similar.

With 1.1.1 all I had to do was replace a .tx and a couple of .dll's............is the same not available for 1.2.0.
Sky EPG grabbing worked fine with 1.1.1 and having just upgraded to 1.2.0 I will miss it.
