Hi - I know you said that for testing we need to use the official skin, however a quick query for my own interest, and its not a bug or problem this time!, In CLR the EPG view shows a number on each bar, generally a similar number in each category (ie in sports it can be 243, 230, 241, 224 and in entertainment it can be 100, 107, 171, 168). I assume that these are flags to identify program type or are used to sort into each boquet - is this the case?

Is it before the name?

If so then you have channel numbers displayed by index. This is what these are.

Firstly, thanks for all your hard work, this is an awesome improvement!

I've just done a fresh install (Win 7), followed your instructions, and it all worked fine - I was actually very impressed with the speed!

So, I had all my Sky channels, in their groups, and had EPG data for them all.

Since then I've gone on to configuring the rest of my setup (getting the remote working, TV Series & Moving Pictures, etc). I've now gone back into the TV Server config and noticed that when I go into the TV server config I now can't see the configuration options for your plugin.

In the tree on the left-hand side, it has all the usual options until "Plugins" - it then doesn't show the branch where your configuration was, and doesn't show anything underneath it. I've tried enabling and disabling your plugin (and others) and nothing else shows.

As a test, I moved your .dll out of the plugin directory and restarted the TV Server config - and all the options are showing again, below Plugins it shows "Import/Export" and "Additional 3rd Party Checks". When I then move your .dll back and restart the TV Server config the "Import/Export" and "3rd Party Checks" are missing - and I can't access the settings for any plugin.

It seems as if the TV Server config starts loading the plugins, hits a problem, and then quits trying to load any other options in the menu. Is this an issue with your plugin or with MePo itself? As I said, I have installed other bits of software on the system since setting up your plugin, however nothing that I think would affect TV Server - there are certainly no other TV Server plugins installed or running.

I've attached my logs from the TV Server.

I have fixed this error already in the plugin and will be uploading a new version tommorow. It will be late evening as I'd like to fix other items aswell.

Ok,

heres a little update

Fixed. Plugin wouldn't load in SetupTV
Fixed. Channels being added when Settings say not to.
Fixed. Channel groups being added when settings say not to.
Fixed. Channel Group Ordering.
Changed "Auto Update Channels" to "Add/Change Channels" to avoid confusion.
Changed "Auto Update EPG" to "Update EPG" to avoid confusion.

Then replace the plugin with this one, and start up Setup TV

See how simpler it is!

You will see the scheduler page added, it isn't functional yet. I will be adding this in a few days.

When this is fully operational I will release it for Sky Italy and Australia as it is a little mod.

Try deleting your database.

First Stop the TVService then follow these steps to delete your database.

The problem was I stored the wrong value when diseqc was selected.

This will fix your problem.

When you select Diseqc it will store the correct value from now on.

I have edited my post as I didn't think a database delete was required. Might put a plugin version check so you don't have to in future, it will check to see if it is newer and default all the settings.

New version is still adding channels when the add channel box is un-ticked.
The problem when it was creating groups when the group box was un-ticked is fixed.

I might be being thick by asking this question but, if you run a mutliseat setup which of the 2 exe's do you install on the client pc's? If you only install the mediaportal client one and not the TV-Server one then mp fails to start with an error about TV client versions being different! If you install both, you have a TV-Server installed....

Edit: Also, BBC1 yorks isnt replaced by BBC 1 HD??

You need to install MediaPortal 1.2.0 beta first. Install as client only.

Run the Media Portal update first then the TServer/plugin second this will see you have a client only install.

Sky don't replace the Regional channels with HD so I can't program it in.
