I might be being thick by asking this question but, if you run a mutliseat setup which of the 2 exe's do you install on the client pc's? If you only install the mediaportal client one and not the TV-Server one then mp fails to start with an error about TV client versions being different! If you install both, you have a TV-Server installed....

Edit: Also, BBC1 yorks isnt replaced by BBC 1 HD??

You need to install MediaPortal 1.2.0 beta first. Install as client only.

Run the Media Portal update first then the TServer/plugin second this will see you have a client only install.

Sky don't replace the Regional channels with HD so I can't program it in.

Some of my channels are not mapped to any card. Like Watch, GOLD and Dave for instance, it that something I have done wrong?

Hi DJBlu. Just installed the new plugin and comfirm the groups are now in the right order. Another few things have now come to my notice.

Groups again when adding or removing a group from the plugin gui the settings are not saved correctly. I Enter them, click save then when i reopen the the gui the groups are back to default again. To test this out some more in opened the settings table in mysql and added sky box office manualy (OTVC_CatByte16 set to 0 and OTVC_CatText16 set to Sky Box Office). Loaded the Gui and bam its there and it getting added to the list instead of 0 . Then i tryed deleteing it in the gui and it wont go. Only way to remove them is to go into mysql and manualy delete the entrys from the table. (Could this also be why the EPG is only getting updated if there are no channels?).

I also left the gui running for 6 hours when i was at work before and theres no sign of the updater running after 3 hours. Checked the logs and nothing had been entered for 8 hours.

Just an update. Many thanks for the great plugin.

Are you releasing updates somewhere? I may have missed it if you have.

Could I just ask, are you still supporting freesat epg or will this plugin work with both sky and freesat? Sorry if this has already been asked, i have searched.

Freesat EPG is already in MediaPortal. This will just add the sky epg also. You will need to add a channel to the DVB-EPG grabber that is on the freesat transponder.

I do intend on writing a freesat plugin but there is an option already so it is down the list at the moment.

Just looked at the code and I set it to 24 hours not 3, don't know why I said 3.

I'll take a look at the Settings.

Update:

Fixed, Channels still being added when told not to.
Fixed, Group Settings not being saved
Fixed, Plugin will check EPG/Channels every 3 hours, for now.
