Guys can try replacing the Custom Data Grabber with this file(TV Server directory). And try the grab again.

Thats the correct plugin to use. Copy this to your plugin folder and delete your database.

Hi DJBlu. I've just installed the new plugin (which says in the zip name 1.2.0.4 but tvservice is reporting it as 1.2.0.3!!!) and the new svn. However with this version i cant even grab anything (even with an clean database and fresh settings) all i get is error Occured. I've now gone back to 1.2.0.2 and its working fine (well apart from the bugs we spoke about). I'll attach my tv.log for you to have a look at. Cheers for now

Easy mistake to make. Sadly no change getting the same results as before my friend. (thats with no plugins) log results pretty much the same.

Hi DJBlu. I've just been playing and i got it to stop giving the error message. What i did was change the nid from 0 to 2 in the sky uk grabber channel. It starts streaming the channel (which it wont do if nids at 0) for about 5 seconds then stops. And the plugin still reports grabbing data however nothing more happends than that.

Re screenshots what would like them of the plugin settings or the tvservice settings?

Its my day off today so if you need any checking doing let me know.

Hi DJBlu. I've just been playing and i got it to stop giving the error message. What i did was change the nid from 0 to 2 in the sky uk grabber channel. It starts streaming the channel (which it wont do if nids at 0) for about 5 seconds then stops. And the plugin still reports grabbing data however nothing more happends than that.

Thanks for that info mate. Didn't know it was set to 0. I'll fix this later.

I will open a new thread with all the files required and detailed instructions on how to run the plugin.

In the mean time can you ensure you have 28.2e selected on your cards and DVB-S2 enabled if you have a card that is capable. Then try scanning.

Edit: I can confirm with clean settings and no plugins i'm getting error occurred!! as soon as i change the nid the grabber seams to be doing something after 15secs its stops but nothing happends. ts files are being created.

its a real head scratcher.

It looks like your TV Server is stopping timeshifting after 15 seconds due to the channel being a Radio channel.

Try this,

Delete the "Sky UK Grabber" Channel from the list

Scan the following transponder

11778 V 27500

Go into Radio Channels and rename the following channel

EPG Background audio to Sky UK Grabber

Then run the scan

Can you let me know how you get on.
