Im not sure about the global styles but the easiest way I know of exporting each layer as a file is to go file-scripts-export layers to files.

The images of you basic home setup shows a Server status icon. I run my system with a dedicated TV Server and would love the ability to see at a glance that the TV Server is running. Can you explain how I can implement what you have done on my system.

Sure,

HTPC Info plugin provides this functionality throughout the mediaportal skin.
I took, I think the recording icon that PS did and modded it. Also changed the rec icon to another location.
You should be able to get things going reading the htpc info plugin documentation and maybe take a look at some xml files.
I put my server on icon in common.time.xml I think (not sure) because that one is used by a lot of files.

p.s.
In my case the icon is also a multshortcut enabled button that kills or fires up MP Heartbeat client thru a batch

Just installed the 3.0 indigo skin. Looking beautifull and I realize I love the clean skins you made. Having used StreamedMP for a long while I am sure I want this new Indigo version on my HTPC!

Still some problems here on 1920x1080 though.

I love this skin, nice and clean...

Also like the backgrounds Joz did a few posts back, that smooths it up even more, i think it's case tho to keep those backgrounds very soft (like a watermark) to not destroy the clean feel of this skin.

Still some problems here on 1920x1080 though.

I run MP @ 1920x1080 too, what problems problems have you got? Do you use 1:1 pixel mapping and bear in mind all dev work is done on my laptop at 1280x720

Quick question - have you a full list of the supported plugins?
I know Joz seems to have added some too (and I really like the idea of the muted fanart backgrounds)...

Just noticed this little oddity popping up when the ticker has the focus (see screenie)
Also - how do I enable the drivespace thing and get it to display on the homepage??

Have a look at the new release threads for the plugins supported (by me) so far...

I'd like to incorporated Fan Art into the skins, but there isn't really a robust/reliable way atm. I think somebody is working on a Fan Art plugin tho

That's not an oddity, it is supposed to be there so you know the "ticker select" button has focus... it's the only way I could think of doing it so that it's not tied to a specific logo/size.

If you want to have HDD details on the home screen, you'll have to add some controls to the basic home and assign the labels to the drive space plugin.
