I haven't seen any bug reports logged regarding this. Both functions work fine for me without and errors.

Well I do hope it's released soon as I have upgraded to ALPHA and now StreamedMP doesn't work.

Just a thought but maybe you shouldn't have upgraded to an Alpha version then
There are test versions of MovingPictures and TVSeries out that work with the Alpha (you have to use the svn checkout for MovingPictures 8 though) perhaps you could try them. Or go back to the stable, released version.

I know, just pointing out that if you did want 8 (for the new filtering, mostly) you can get it via SVN too.
