I'm seeing the same thing, not quite as long as 10-15 seconds but still.

I will look into this, I know the cause but dont see it on my systems for some reason. I did look at adding the loading screen as per x-factorbut looked worse here.

I will see what can be done.

Yeah, I'm getting it as well. I assumed it was to do with the number of images in the respective folders - I have a lot of TV and music backdrops. Delay is in the order of 5 seconds or so, sometimes longer, sometimes less.

• Partial Recording Support for MP 1.1.0 RC2.
• Updated Online Videos plugin support v0.19 (Beta).
• Fix for video/music overlays in Horizontal BasicHome menu overlapping when adjusting position.
• Added Loading Backdrop to BasicHome when returning from plugin if FanartHandler is used.
• Updated FanartHandler library to v1.8.
• Added new Logo to TVSeries for Multiple Audio Tracks [AUDIO+].
• Updated German TV Logos.
• Updated Australian TV Logos.
• More space allocated for TVSeries logos in Fanart Style, avoids resizing if many logos are displayed.
• Updated minimum recommended version of MediaPortal to v1.1.0 RC2 in installer.

So I guess it's time to upgrade to RC2. I have:

MP 1.1 RC1
+Streamed MP 0.9.601
+Moving Pictures 1.0.2.1048
+MP TV Series 2.5.0.924
+Fanart Handler 1.5.3713.40365
+MyLyrics 1.42.0.0

all plugins are currently working fine.

Now I want upgrade to:

MP 1.1 RC2 (easy)
+Streamed MP 1.0.3, including:
*Moving Pictures 1.0.4
*MP TV Series 2.5.3
*Fanart Handler v1.8.3749
*MyLyrics 1.4.2

Do I simply upgrade to RC2 and then install StreamedMP 1.0.3 with the proper options? Is it going to keep the all databases?

Thanks for your help, I've spent a lot of time configuring everything so I really don't want to break it and send the WAF through the roof

Since you are already on a RC release of MediaPortal I would recommend you just select 'Upgrade' when installing MP 1.1.0 RC2. Then after Install StreamedMP 1.0.3 which will upgrade your 0.9.601 install.

All Database and configuration settings should be left intact.

If you decide to do a FRESH install of Mediaportal 1.1.0RC2 then be sure to Uninstall your previous StreamedMP installation as well.

Hi guys, I LOVE this skin! It is a truly defining reason why I choose mediaportal for my htpc. I do have one particular issue though... I have noticed that my c: partition is getting full fast, and alot of space is taken for the thumbnails for my tv series and moving pictures within streamedmp. Is it possible to change the default storage location for fanart etc to another partition without doing losing the information in mediaportal/streamedmp?

*EDIT* I should add that Im currently using the 1.1 beta, and about to uninstall/reinstall mediaportal rc2 and this latest version of streamedmp if that makes it easier to answer the question, perhaps there is a setting for the original installation of either/or mediaportal and streamedmp?

Before you uninstall both MediaPortal and StreamedMP move your thumbs (and databases) to the location you want. Re-install MediaPortal RC2 and StreamedMP then edit the MediaPortalDirs.xml file located in your mediaportal program directory.

You want to change the ThumbsDir to point to your desired location.
