yes it looks that way... annoying because i just had to do a re-install and now have 67 series not importing properly.
yust now is down , I hope temporery only. I have added any files , and wait for update. In MP i see no information about online status. Only litle message in config. Idea : Adding warning in MP when not online ? (sorry my english)

When the frontend (human interface) is up, it does not necessarily mean the API (for eg TVSeries, tvrenamer and such) is also available.
Checking Online TV Database - An open directory of television shows for HTPC software yourself doesn't say that much.
We'll just have to wait for TheTVDB to come back up again (all services)

I currently have two Quatros running, one connect, one duo using OTA antennae, mostly UHF fringe area, mostly cat5 local network.
Hauppauge card retired long ago. I have also retired very early SD units, the Quatros seem to work much better than the older units.

maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
Preferable with as much disabled as possible
also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)
