More need of pay attention to user comments rather than scorn and ridicule and asking why don't we contribute. How can we when it doesn't work so often and technology is not just IT but also advanced communication technology knowledge and there is no training?

First of all post specs and logs like geov asked you to. It's the first thing to do when troubleshooting in the forum. Users who ask a question without giving information as to when, how and what (logs and system specs) are generally ignored. They are ignored because everyone thinks "If this guy is too lazy to post the details why should I bother to help? You were lucky enough to have a few replies. But instead of helping them understand your problem you'd rather accuse the devs that they don't give enough attention to you. Isn't that a little over the top?

So be a good sport, apologize and post your logs.
