Hopefully somebody is still following this thread. I would like to start by saying thx to Cybermag for a great plugin.
The plugin works like a charm with my system, except for one small problem that I actually don't think relates to the plugin itself, but rather the graphic setup. Unfortunatly I have not been able to find a solution anywhere else, and I was wondering if I anybody else using this plugin had the same troubles as I.
The problem is this, when both my primary monitor (my LCD tv connected by a DVi to HDMI cable) and the touchscreen are connected and the desktop extended to the touchscreen everything works as expected. But if I turn of the tv or turn on the mediacenter without the tv on, the touchscreen will act as primary monitor, and will show MP main screen instead of the plugin display. I've been looking everywhere for a solution to force the screensetup to remain the same regardless whether the tv (or touchscreen) are turned on or off, but I can't seem to find a solution.
Since the point of the plugin should be to make it possible to use MP without turning on the tv, this problem kinda defeats the purpose. Am I really the only one who have fought this issue?
For info I run the latest stabel version of MP on a Vista Ultimate machine. I am using the onboard grafik of my Gigabyte motherboard GA-MA78-S2H. The machine is packed in a OrigenAE S16T case with build in touchscreen.
yup Its a problem and no there's nothing you can do about it .
IF the grafik cart does not detect a main screen it will use second screen as main its build that way
I'am using windows black 10 and RC1 and have the same problem on mij asus EHA3650 graphic cart
case is a Zalman HD160XT PLUS
Thx for the reply Cooler. Even if it was the answer i feared...
Any chance that somebody smarter than me could create a bit of programming that would continusly transmit the mainmonitors EDID to the graphic-card so that the computer can be tricked into beliving that the monitor is on? Im pretty sure I have seen a piece of hardware that could do this, but if it could be done by software I'd think it smarter.
And sorry in advance if what I'm asking is so very stupid cause it's not possible. My computer skills do not reach that far that I can tell...
I tried the latest version of the plug-in out, but for some reason I keep getting an error. I tried running it with 0.2.3 build and the most recent 1.0.0.0 RC1 and I get the same error message each time time I open the configuration and click "ok". I'm running on vista with MP and really want to get my Thermaltake case w/7 inch touch screen working.

damm.. are you absolutly sure? =).. I have the same problem here, if turn off my TV, my IMON Touch screens becomes the primary... and it doesn't return when I turn on the TV again....
anyway, tomorow I'm gonna try this plugin, seems great!! Thanks..
