Hi and welcome daxdox 
First - you can't use MP and WMC at the same time. Only one or the other.
Second - it looks like TV Server knows about one frequency in your area: 594 MHz. Please check if this is correct and whether other frequencies are also available.
Finally, please provide your TV Server logs:
1. Open TV Server configuration.
2. Click "open log directory" in the top left hand corner.
3. Zip up all the files you find there and post them here.
