It looks like you are using mapped network drives. Currently, that's not really supported - you've to change it to use UNC paths instead.

The Germany-Full doesn't have all the channels either. But I've now found out that I can read the frequencies using DVB-Viewer, which also receives all the channels I can receive. I'll use that to create my own channel file. Let's see if that works.
