Watch TV on Browser (1 Viewer)

My idea is to use MediaPortal to watch tv and hear radio mobile on different tablet PC's like iPad and Android based tablets - what I will need for additional software to do that?

Ipmp will allow you to do this. It is designed for the iPhone, but should do what you want.

Try MpExtended as the backend, then either webMediaportal for browsers, and/or aMPdroid for android phones.
