Web EPG with DVB EPG? (2 Viewers)

Just wondering.
Is it possible to get the guide with the webEPG once a week (so it gets all data for the next 2 weeks) and load the DVB-EPG a couple of times a week?
Might be a nice improvement.

Exhumating an old thread is always a thrilling moment...

I am wondering too, but I my needs are a bit different.

I get DVB-EPG data for most channels on our cable network, but for some channels there doesn't seem to be data at all.

For example RAI UNO (italian channel) is available here in Finland, but there is no EPG data. Would it be possible to import the data just for a few channels with WebEPG and grab the rest from the DVB stream ?

Yes, as long as they are unique channels only assigned to webepg and dvb epg grab is disabled for those channels, there should be no problem doing this.
