While testing this wonderful program I found that it doesn't recognize splitted index pages. On tvspielfilm.de most index pages are splitted on two pages. For example the first page shows the index for shows from 0510-1620 and the second page from 1620-0505. The program grabs the first page only and goes to the next day and then the EPG for the time 1620-0505 is empty. Is there something I can change in the ini file?

it was just a small issue. I have added the subpage stepper to the url builder.

You will find the updated tvspielfilm.de.ini (revision 2) in the siteini.pack @http://www.servercare.nl/Docs/SiteIni.Pack.11.rar in the folder for Germany.

I didn't know 'thetvdb.com' Am I correct that it's a database of tv series only? (I couldn't get any search result with movie titles)

Theoretically it should be possible to develop the siteini's for it. But it's quite some job so a few questions before I decide to go ahead:
* Are you just alone with this wish or is there a wider 'audience'
* What type of data do you want to extract from it? (MDB postprocess supports mdb-title, mdb-description, mdb-starrating, mdb-plot and mdb-commentsummary)

yes,only tv series.

I do not know if there is a wider audience for this site.ini.
But at this moment there is an episode scanner tool that based on the episode title gives you the episode number.

The episode number is then placed in the epgdatabase.
The episode number and (seasonal) serial number is used by the plugin tvserie.
So I need only the episode number and the serial number, the other data is also welcome.

If creating a site.ini is not too difficult, I can of course try it myself.

Hi Jan! Having troubles with my config file Will you look at it and tell me what I need to do to keep last 5 channels untouched in my xmltv file.

How this works for me at the moment:
1: Have set up for scheduled start every 5 days to download list of channels
2: Last 5 channels in config file is fake, you will not find these on any website
3: Added custom epg data to output file for these 5 channels but its always erased after update even if I have left update empty.

The mode values here can be set for each channel differently if not overruled by the general update setting (see above). Allowed values are as the same as the general update setting. Any other value will be ignored. If any of the allowed values of 'update' is entered, this channel will be updated , no value no update ! In that case the epg data of that channel will remain as it is.

in documentation and I think custom entry in output xml should'nt be erased ?

At the moment have to edit file after every update to add missing channels.
