From which site ? And yes I like to see the log ...

WG++Maker ... Jan

TVToday .... i use your orginal ini file

I checked it and found two problems
1. DisneyCinemagic has a night/morning break. Version 1.0.7 doesn't handle these correct. You can try with skip 8,1 or noskip but it won't be perfect. In version 1.0.8 (which will come early August) this will be solved.
2. The site again changed the url of the rating icons! To get correct listing for icons add the following (directly under
rating.modify {replace|<img src="http://images.frz.tvtoday.de/_imgToday/program/boller_3.gif" height="8" width="33">|3/3}
rating.modify {replace|<img src="http://images.tvtoday.de/_imgToday/program/boller_0.gif" height="8" width="33">|0/3}
rating.modify {replace|<img src="http://images.tvtoday.de/_imgToday/program/boller_1.gif" height="8" width="33">|1/3}
rating.modify {replace|<img src="http://images.tvtoday.de/_imgToday/program/boller_2.gif" height="8" width="33">|2/3}
rating.modify {replace|<img src="http://images.tvtoday.de/_imgToday/program/boller_3.gif" height="8" width="33">|3/3}

Place the attached bat file in the WG++ Homefolder (C:\ProgramData\ServercCare\WebGrab) and run

Awesome app! It's working great for 2 weeks now. I found out that I can also grab radio channels (from gids.publiekeomroep.nl), but the problem is that I need a separate xml file for the radio channels! I didn't find an option to install WebGrab at 2 different locations nor to use more then one xml file.

How can I accomplish this?

im still searching for webgrab*.exe in my pc. Now i made this:

"Add LOCALAPPDATA variable in Windows XP:

Right-click on the My Computer icon and choose Properties

Click Advanced

Click Environment Variables

Under User variables section, click New

In the Variable name: field, type LOCALAPPDATA

In the Variable value: field, type %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data

Click OK, OK, OK to close the dialog boxes.

The LOCALAPPDATA environment variable is now added. See if you can access the Local Application Data folder by running the command %LOCALAPPDATA% from Start, Run dialog. You can use this environment variable in Scripts and Batch files, as well."

but yor old and new search files reports something like that "there is no such directory". Im using win xp pro sp3 EN wit german MUI.

Now i found this file manualy. I click start -> search -> search for files and directories. For file name i used "webgrab" and for where to search i used "C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Local Settings". And the result is: C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Local Settings\Apps\2.0\H3KC3JY2.YYR\DV24P32A.YXM\webg..tion_ a lot of numbers and letters

if i make start -> search -> search for files and directories and i search for "webgrab" in C:\ - than i cant find "WebGrab+Plus.exe"

i think that "WebGrab+Plus.exe" should better always be in WebGrab+Plus install folder

ANOTHER MY SUGESTTION:

it will be fine to be able run WebGrab+Plus in command line with options. The option i missing is to say "WebGrab+Plus.exe" whitch config file he must run. Something like that:

WEBGRA~1.exe C:\folder\WGR.conf.1.xml C:\anotherfolder\WGR.conf.25.xml ...

there WebGrab+Plus.exe runing witch config file WGR.conf.1.xml and after that with WGR.conf.25.xml ...

my mediaportal xmltv plugin has no reaction on UTC or GMT time correction in xmltv file. For example: i tried to change gmt time compensation in xml file from "+0200" to "+0300" and in mediaportal epg it takes no effect. I think that xmltv plugin reads just program time but has no reaction on time compensation (such strings like "+0*00"). I'm in Germany (utc +1) and my xmltv file grab site with utc +2 program time, so my mediaportal shows epg for 1 hour later. How can i correct this problem? Is it posible insert in your lt24.conf file one string whitch change epg time from "x" hour to "x+1" hour ?

    Did you tick "Apply time compensation when loading tvguide.xml"?

    PS: I think the wording and arrangement of the above option is misleading. If this option is checked the timezone information inside tvguide.xml will be used, otherwise it will be ignored and assumed that all times are local times. When this option is checked all times will be converted to UTC.
    The two text boxes (Hours and Minutes) below provide a way to specify additional compensation, regardless and independent of the above setting. What you specify here will be added to all times in tvguide.xml. This additional compensation is normally used in conjunction with the above setting to convert UTC times back to local.

    So if you have a tvguide.xml that contains timezone info and your timezone is UTC+1 you should check the option and specify additional compensation of 1 hours and 0 minutes.

    There is however a known issue with this: it cannot take into account daylight saving (i.e. your timezone changes from UTC+1 to UTC+2 during the summer). You have to change your configuration manually twice a year, which makes it an ugly solution. The issue is in mantis but not scheduled for 1.2.0, probably will be fixed in 1.3.0.

    I am on holiday so a bit short :

    Apuokas:

    to locate the .exe:

    There is a script and some examples in the utilities\runinbat (and also maybe usefull utilities\wg4mp) folder of the WebGrab+Plus distribution.
    The basic command line for it is :
    Code:
    @ECHO OFF

    REM finds wg++ executable:
    for /f "delims=" %%a in ('dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\webgrab*.exe /s /b') do (
    set wgexec=%%a
    )

    REM  run wg++ :
    START /WAIT %wgexec%

    Apuokas and Arion_p:

    Also in the utilities\wg2mp folder is a small program that removes all the timezone compensation data from the xmltv file and simply does all the compensation in the start and stop time.
