Right now the best solution should be the cards from Digital Everywhere.
There's an external as well as an internal version available.

After spending two days trying to get my friends FireDTV S2 to work on high symbolrate (30000) HD-channels, I can't recommend them. Hopefully it will work with future firmware-upgrades and/or MediaPortal-versions.
Technotrend S2-3200 is my solid recommendation, works very well.
