From the Windows Application_eventlog (highlighted in RED):

    Typ 1 Ereignisname: APPCRASH Antwort: Nicht verfügbar CAB-Datei-ID: 0 Problemsignatur: P1: MediaPortal.exe P2: 1.16.0.0 P3: 58f264ea P4: nvcuvid.dll P5: 7.17.13.8189 P6: 58f7f77c P7: c0000005 P8: 000877c0 P9: P10: Angefügte Dateien:

I'd look at your LAV Video settings, maybe nVidia CUVID decoder doesn't work for 4k and/or HEVC? (MP is crashing when it tries to connect the video pins in the graph).

Maybe because the audio codec and renderer - which usually play a critical role in the clocking/timing for playback - seem to be removed:

Please attach screenshots of your LAV audio and MPAR settings.

Are you 100% sure your TV can convert from 7.1 channel TrueHD (ie. the file audio format) to 5.1 channel DD/AC3 or 2 channel PCM (ie. the formats supported by S/PDIF)?

I would have to know more details, and ultimately, I'll have to test it when I get my new display, but an AI answer I got (I don't trust AI and this may not be correct) was that HDR is encoded with the HEVC codec and I know MePo uses the HEVC codec to play 4K UHD Blue-ray discs. i love how subtitles are implemented in the MP2 videoplayer, this is just perfect. 1080p playback is also very good. But video playback in MP2 is buggy when playing 4k material. Therefore: PLEASE add an option for an external video player! I'd LOVE to have VLC back as videoplayer, like in MP1! This works perfectly. You will make a...

Sorry, it's my fault -- I did not notice that you are using MP2. :( MP1 has a separate configuration utility, similar to "TV Server Config". I have tried MP2 only a couple of times, and have never used it seriously. I don't know what MP2 supports with regard to adjusting audio delay, but I do know that all of the adjustments of...
