tvguide.xml is special format of tvprogram data, and its not a part of mediaportal. It must be downloaded from internet from any site which handle a tvguide in that format (xmlTV) and update it.
PS last version of WebEPG plugin can convert WebEPG data to tvguide.xml but not DVB EPG.

I have a problem with the "resume play" funktion.
If i start a movie and stops it again after about 2sek, it wil not start again, nothinhg happens when I try to start it again.
I think it has something to do with the Resume funktion, is there a solution to this or is it possible to disabel the resume funktion?

Ok, so I updated DirectX runtime, did the .Net stuff and all other updates I could think of... nothing worked... So I uninstalled SP2... huh... now MediaPortal is working... IDK... Anyways now it's time to get MediaPortal running back to normal again, skins, Irss and such.
