I have a Haupauge 23xx PCI with 2 tuners on.
After installation I could watch TV...

I managed to get it working by removing all my codecs and re-installing them - now it works a charm!
I have also checked out what you have written to make sure my system mimics it just in case - but it is weird how it got fluffed up when I dont touch the settings!

I don't have a path to set in my configuration settings, but I found my lists path and copied my .wpl's into it. They still didn't work because of the relative pathing in the .wpl files, so I edited them in TextPad and did a global replace on every \..\ in the file. That did the trick!
