+1 MadVR is unstable for me. FSE comes and goes. HDR passthrough doesn't always work. I've tried all release and beta versions. :( MPC-VR is great and I'd love an option to be able to natively use it. In the mean time, is there a way to use it with MP1 using an external player?

Hmmm interesting. MovingPictures is missing languages for some of my movies. Most of them are ok, so it's not your XML :) The language shows when using the PC's mediainfo.exe, so it might be the version bundled with MovingPictures that is bugged.
