So after a long search and a lot of experiments I did find out the culprit: I did disable events of the Common Information Model Object Manager. As soon as they are disabled TV server will always show "port 554 is already bound". Enabling/disabling events is done by this reg key...

The overall hight with the stock cooler is ~35 mm (PCB to the top of the cooler). So you have to add ~2mm for the PCB and ~5mm space for the mounting on the back. The top of the CPU cooler has about the same hight as the plugged in memory modules.
