hmm is there something wrong with the MP Extensions Installer? It does not show me an updated version for OV, and updates/installs fail as it cant download the mpe1 file (MyTvSeries in this example).

You saved my day! I only installed the update because the news said all plugins should be compatible - turns out MyFilms and OnlineVideos were not. So I was about to revert back to 1.12 but this updated version of MyFilms seems to work nicely! :)

Ja das wäre ideal wenn man aus irgend einem Grund mal einen re-import machen muss oder wenn man Serien an Freunde/Familie mit metadaten weitergeben kann und so dann gleich der Import am HTPC der Schwiegereltern problemlos funktioniert. :D

Selbst damit ist eine 100%ige Erkennung leider nicht gewährleistet, besonders wenn es mehrere Serien mit dem selben Titel gibt. Aus dem Grund ist der Wunsch nach NFO support by MyTvSeries ja auch immer schon recht groß gewesen.

Thanks for the info! But it is still a workaround - not a proper solution I was always talking about MP needs. If found my own workaround by using MyFilms and TvSeries - setting up separate catalogs/layouts for parents and kids and have these PIN protected.

It's a nice idea, but does not go far enough for my taste to be called "modern/fresh/new" - as it is still very similar to what we have got for ages now - just with a little twist in the way how it is presented.
