Is there an how to install ?

I have an android handy with the version 2.2.1 , is this incompatible with your plugin ?

Remote doesnt seem to work on ICS atleast... old version 0.8 works perfectly, but not the Preview. I can see the list of all my series and so on, untill I connect the remote, and then nothing works untill I disconnect the remote. With the remote connected I can click the buttons as much as I like, but nothing works.

Love the design though! Gonna be awesome once it works as intended Thanks for the preview and keep up the good work dude!

I've just installed aMPdroid and had a quick play - it was one of the (many) reasons I changed from an iPhone 4 to a Galaxy SII recently so I'm glad to say that I'm impressed with the layout (but could do with a stop button on the remote?) and functionality. The shortcuts at the top (to remote/functions) are well thought out too. One big problem is that I can't see any recorded TV - I use ForTheRecord (1.6.1 Beta 2) so will this be why? and if so is there a fix? Also I can't see scheduled recordings but I can stream Live TV (which is awesome )

+ I have tried downloading music and video but nothing is showing up in the "aMPdroids Downloads" - should this be working or is it still to come? (I appreciate that this is a preview release).

Let me know if there are any logs that I should be posting

I have updated to 1.0 and MPextended 0.4.2 and allthough the troubleshouting works fine (at client and at server) on my tablet I always receive no connection message. I have no access to Music, Films, TV nor the remote works. I have the same problem at the client and at the server.

Do I need to post only the logs from the server or also from client?

BTW 0.8 was charming, great work.

I do have the same problem like dezzorex. I am using Galaxy Nexus with ICS 4.0.2 and everything except streaming worked perfect with 0.8. Now with the 1.0 Alpha 4 i can see tv-series, movies, music, but if i connect with remote the tv-series, movies and music does not react. After disconecting the remote everything works fine again.

Connecting the remote in remote section i can click the buttons but nothing happens on the mediaportal screen. Clicking on the mediaportal screen with keyboard, the screen of aMPdroid shows in the remote section the name of the screen in the status.

Any ideas?

The new design is realy great. Cool work.
Is there planed to implement the picture section of mediaportal?

As far as I know it currently does not work with ICS. However it is solved and will work with next release.

I cant select to use external player when I shall stream recordings or live tv, the choice is greyed out, what am I doing wrong, I have to use the external player because I dont have 2.3 only 2.2 in my HTC Desire?

You can thank google for changing a bunch of stuff in ICS... It will be fixed in the final 1.0 release.

I think this wasn't working yet, it will work in the final 1.0 release.

That was a bug in the preview version, already fixed.

Is the 1.0 source available yet? I've only been able to find (and build) 0.8 from svn.

Was going to look into my pet issue but if you're keeping it under wraps ATM then no worries.

Moving Pictures - Titles and Thumbs not matching

Hi All

I've scrolled through the forum to check again to see if anyone else has had this issue but haven't been able to find it.

Moving pictures my thumbs and the titles of the movies don't match up. I've gone through and check the database in MPExtended and made sure it was pointing to the right db file.

I'm running 0.4.2 MPExtended and aMpdroid 1.0 Alpha4.
