OK, I've had the weekend off, time to catch up now....

Hey Albert - we use Deg C and 4C is too cold for me - I like being able to hit the water all year round (but it does get chilly in winter!). I turned 40 a couple of weeks ago so age isn't what's stopping you from kiteboarding But you're right, if things go wrong broken bones aren't too far away I got flown into my 4WD which was parked on the beach when I first started kiteboarding - I was lucky to survive that (a guy died a few weeks before as a result of a similar accident). Apart from that rough start it's been great

...On your v5a distribution, the reason that the MP-TVSeries.formatRules import throws an error, is because there are two blank lines at the end of the file. Clear those out, and there's no issue at all...

Does someone know how get this skin to work with the SVTPlay plugin? Oh one more thing, this is the best looking skin if you ask me.

I don't use this plugin but if you can install it into Blue3 (not Blue3 Wide) and it works copy the XML files across from the Blue3 folder into the Bleazle folder and it should be fine (hopefully! ) Glad you like the skin

Now for the latest developments... (@Albert ) Check these screenshots out - the first one is of My Videos - Shares view, and the second one is My Videos - Genre view.....

.. so now you can have all of your IMDB downloaded movie info in Shares view plus the aspect ratio of the DVD cover is fixed in the IMDB based views.You've probably noticed that the logos in the top left are different - this is because I reckon that if you change to Genre/actor etc view you're looking at movies (or films/dvd's, whatever you want to call them) so this should tie in with the look of the "My Films" plugin. (NOTE: As covered previously the reason some of the files have size info and some don't in the list is because some of them are in folders and others aren't)

I'm almost finished work on the thumbnail and filmstrip views too - I'm sorting them out in My Films first then I'll be able to copy the info over to My Videos. here's a quick look (no more square- half dvd covers!):

- everything is inside a dvd cover now which ties in with the rest of the skin.

I changed a lot of files when I was trying to work out what I needed to do to get the My Videos/Shares look how I wanted it but I think these three will give you the list views shown above (but not the thumbnail or filmstrip views). Give them a go and let me know how you get on (I'd recommend backing up your current copies of these files rather than overwriting them just in case)

Whoo you have done a lot of work, Looks very good!
For me, replacement of size by time in shares view (like in Genres view in the listbars I mean) still stands as a nice-to-have feature, because it gives a quicker overview of movie lengths.
Besides that, this makes it everything I want. You could even save some space by deleting info on title just below the cover, making room for the scrolling area. And "30 objects" could maybe flow more to the right.
But see for yourself, these are peanuts to me, I'm very happy with this modification!

Maybe you can test for me if you can click & start a movie from Genres view? If so, my copy of MP *must* be broke and I'll wait for the Xmas final 1.0 release to reinstall the whole bunch.

Thanks for the info, the SVT Plugin is working as you wrote

I'm not sure if you already have the latest info when you are running MediaPortal Final release with Bleazle 5a. Every time I start MP I get a red text message saying "The currently selected skin is out dated - This will cause problems whem using MP! - Do not file bugreports using this skin". But I haven't notised any problems yet. Just thought I let you know...

I get a "Missing or Invalid File" error when trying to access My TV Series plugin and this skin in MP1.0.... Any pointers?

I've followed the install notes and imported the rules into the TV Series plugin config tool....

I've been waiting for MP1 to be released to see what changes I need to make before I release another version. There are quite a few "half done" things at the moment so I'd rather wait until they're finished otherwise people might get sick of installing new versions of the skin every second week - I know I get sick of doing it all the time when I'm testing things! If you want to try any of the XML files I've attached to my posts just save them and copy them into the "Bleazle" folder in you MP skins directory - it pays to delete the cache too.

As far as I can tell it isn't possible to replace the file size with runtime in Shares/list view - I think it's "hard coded" into MP but I'll post a question on it, hopefully I'm wrong. I agree that the layout needs a bit more tweaking - I just wanted to get something out for you guys to try. I've checked, and I can confirm that I can run movies from the Genre view without any problem

You've installed MP 1.0 already? man I think you've got too much spare time! I won't have a chance to have a look at it until mid-January In the meantime if you guys come across any issues that weren't there before let me know...

Glad the plugin works just remember which files you copied over because if you update the skin again you'll need to copy them over again (or you can post them here and I'll include them in the next version).

The "outdated" message will be because the version number is wrong (since it's based on RC4). You can either keep ignoring it or start MP Config, click "skins", take a look at the version number shown alongside Blue3, then open the "references.xml" file in the skins->Bleazle folder and put that reference number in this line " <version>0.9.4.0</version>" and click save - that should get rid of the message.

If you have any issues in MP 1.0 try replicating them in Blue3 just in case they're not skin specific...

You're a life saver, got this message also, although not the first few times running MP1.0.
I reinstalled everything. I also lost my problem with starting movies from the Genres view, so that's quite ok now.

Well, don't even bother about the filesize in the shares view then. As said before: I'm happy now!

Too much time?? Haha no, just a little more now because my 5 kids are having X-mas holidays

Hi,

Just a couple of bugs I've noticed since going to 1.0 (Don't know whether it's 1.0 specific, haven't been using Bleazle for long):

In MyTVSeries, fanart disappears and things seems to overlap when exiting an episode. It reappears when exiting to season view and re-entering episode list.

The guest stars etc. overlaps the episode list and the episode image thumbnail disappears.

When exiting back to the season list, the "My Rating" overlaps the "Fox", "Drama" etc.

Hope some of this helps!!

Howto install

Put the SvtPlay.dll from the bin diretory in to MP Plugins folder.

(Example c:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Plugins\Windows\)

Copy hover_svtplay and SvtPlay from bin\Blue3 directory and put them in your skins folder.

(Example c:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skins\Bleazle\)

Just want to say that this plugin is only for SwedishTV and if you think it's ok to put this in the next release I would be happy
