I have just started created a simple Blue3wide skin for TVSeries for v2.1 release. It wont include any of the fancy Rotations or Animations, Gamejester is going to be doing that.

Here is a preview for the Series View when Set to Wide Banners Layout

Nice, will you be adding support for logos as well?

Yep, will have a SkinSettings.xml with FormattingRules and LogoRules defined.

Here is a test version. Ensure you are using the latest https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ries-2-0-3296-svn-test-build-available-47093/

Thanks, this skin looks really neat!

I tested this on my system but I can't get the logos and rating windows to work.
I use MediaPortal 1.0.0.0 Final and the SVN build of MP-TVseries you suggested.

Any other settings I need to change?

Check my attachments to see what I mean. (I reduced to colors to reduce the image size)
    Resolution 1920x1080

From the looks of it, it would seem that the latest TVSeries.dll is not loaded. If you re-named your old DLL in the plugins directory then MediaPortal will load both the new and the old. Be sure only 1 TVSeries dll is there.

Also confirm your version please, attach your TVseries log.

The DOWNLOAD link on your thread links to an OLD svn build 3279!

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ries-2-0-3296-svn-test-build-available-47093/

I manually corrected it to 3296 and downloaded the latest version.

    Now it works! :)

ps. I also noticed that the provided MediaInfo.dll didn't recognize the resolutions and audio channels correctly.
I reverted back to MediaInfo 0.7.7.6 as stated in this thread:

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/my-tvseries-162/mediainfo-dll-reporting-wrong-resolution-48329/

    and now that works too.

    Thanks, this skin really rocks!

I still have a few things to add to the skin, like a Filmstrip view, as well as a List View using Posters. plus a few tidy ups. Im using the skin that was posted here as a framework as I was too lazy to start from scratch.

I currently have two Quatros running, one connect, one duo using OTA antennae, mostly UHF fringe area, mostly cat5 local network. Hauppauge card retired long ago. I have also retired very early SD units, the Quatros seem to work much better than the older units. Go to SD's support website and download and install the windows...

I meant use MP client to try to spot how it's requesting streams for specific channels and then try to do the same with VLC. TV Server development looks dead so I'm afraid you're going to have to figure that out by yourself if it's even possible.

I don't know about MP2 but as you said you tried MP1 too, how is the MP music config ? MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback. If you you don't have multichannel music you can choose WASAPI as the output and set the number of speakers to stereo. I have...

I have recently installed MediaPortal 1.37 (x64) and MP-TVSeries v4.5.1.697 and unfortunately the TV episode runtime duration is missing in my Titan skin. This only applies to my .TS files, my .MKV files are OK. I believe the difference is likely to be because .MKV files embed the runtime in the file unlike .TS files. I have done...
