It Looks like that some Hosters like Streamcould.eu are broken and not accessible anymore.
Is there a known way to get them fixed?

The best way is to track down the maintainer, and provide him/her with an example.
As it happens, Streamcloud if from me, so if you could give me an example, I'll take a look at it

Thanks for assistance an example out of the global Sites is movie4k... if I try to add a site by myselfe I face the same issue, when I select a movie and than the hoster Streamcloud nothing happens.

Just checked, and first time streamcloud didn't work, but second time I tried it worked ok.
Not sure why the difference, perhaps it got something to do with me playing that video from the movie4k site in the browser, but the chance that that is the cause is pretty slim in my experience.

Is streamcloud consistently broken for you? (Mind you, there is a delay needed from about 10 seconds to "prove" that you're human perhaps you have a timeout configured too small?)

Are there more hosters who don't work?

@Joaquin i have fixed it. Next time contact me when Atresplayer, Mitele and EITB fails.
@doskabouter TVE is not working, they have changed the video url ciphering, if you have time, please fix it!

Indeed TVE is broken. I did check yesterday if I could fix it, didn't came up with anything though, those kind of tricks are always hard to crack.
I also alerted tvalacarta (maintainter of the xbmc plugin of TVE), see if he can find it.
