and enhancement imo could be this:
is it posible to make it always start as normal view insted of the last used view...
since i watch simpsons and it is 4:3 and i like it to be streched to 16:9, i choose that from the menu. but it remembers that until i change it. i always forget to change it when i see a 16:9 show so i miss a bit of the image in 16:9 if i forget. could be nice if it auto resets to the size i choose in mp ... i don't know if its a skin thing or maybe an enchancement to the actually mp...

Could I politely suggest that people try these problems in Blue3 (or Blue3Wide). If it exists in the original skin then it is most likely a problem in MediaPortal and not with the skin.

Hello, I'm trying to install streamedmp on my windows server 2008 (x64) and get a "error reading setup initialization file" message...

I then tried to install it on my pc (windows xp, sp3, x86) and keep getting the same error...

Any suggestions?

Are you sure the download is complete? "error reading setup initialization file" usually indicates that it is not.

Well you were right, the download didn't finish on both computers, I had to use a dl manager to get the full file (internet sucks in our dorm)...

hey i noticed a small bug in latest release. if u use the home menu there is sub menu to the shutdown menu. but i can only down, not up....

beside the links are fucked.
shutdown goes to my radio
settings goes to moving pictures
video wallpaper goes to my radio
basichome goes to moving pictures
exit goes to my radio.

this seems like its still very much beta the home menu that is.

these seems to be all my buttons that leads to either my radio or moving pictures. have i done something wrong ? i know it says to use the basichome, but the myhome worked in earlier versions...

now i can go both up and down, but still leads to wrong places...

Can someone confirm this one on their system for me

Using 0.6.5

1. Go to Moving Pictures (with banners)
2. scroll to a movie that does not have fan art (eg, shows the empty chairs), but where the next movie DOES has fan art
3. escape back to home screen
4. go into Moving Pictures (goes back to same movie selected in Step 2)
5. scroll to the next movie (one with fan art)

Problem: when scrolling to the next movie in Step 5, we get a flash of the fan art for the movie, but then the empty chairs are shown.

Workaround: scroll away from the movie and back again and then the fan art is shown

yes, I can confirm this! I never controlled when this is happening. But sometimes (like you said) the backdrop pops up for a second and then disappears. When I then "enter" the movie for details, the backdrop is shown correctly.
