i did a hundred times...
you said to copy gentel.config in C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\Plugins\MPWebServices\htdocs

but you didnt say where to copy it.

No.
I said where it should be, cause i think most MP users know where their gentle.config is.

You have to copy the config FROM "C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server" TO "C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\Plugins\MPWebServices\htdocs"

btw, did you succeed running it from a web server?
cause I get get in the interface onlyon LOCALHOST, but when I change to my domain (eg http://mydomain.selfip.com:8080) i dont get any response (and I did open the port on my router)

Ah great!

I didn't check whether it works or not, may be your firewall blocks it? The windows firewall separates between local or global access.

windows firewall is not active...
other web servers works fine (utorrent etc)

update: Its fully working now! (also the web server)

now all i got left is to play the files using profile other then "Direct". (so I can stream to my Nokia)
