Change skip buttons (1 Viewer)

my question is, can i change the skip buttons from left/right and up/down to another buttons?

if yes, how?

Ok, sorry for this stupid question.
I found the solution in:
MP Configuration -> General -> Keys and Sounds -> Windows -> Fullscreen Video specific actions AND Fullscreen TVs -> (big) Step backward/forward)

Ok i just changed the Buttons. And now i can make the skip steps with new assigned buttons.
My problem is now, that the standart buttons make the skip steps anyway.
How can i disable it?

I found the problem:
The assigned buttons here: MP Configuration -> General -> Keys and Sounds -> Global actions -> Move left/right/up/down
implicate the skip steps command.
Is it a Bug?
