Close MP when the external player is started (1 Viewer)

Use MP with an external player,
is there a way to make that when starting the external player MP is automatically closed?

Ok,
I solved by creating a .bat file, inserted instead of the external player.
Unfortunately with the latest release of MP, playback with the external player and madVR has become impossible (continuous stuttering, and the rendering queue close to 0).
it is true that madVR has increased the consumption of resources with the last beta, but probably also MP with 1.23 has increased something.
So the only solution for me was to launch the movie from MP, the external player JRiver started, MP closes.
In this way everything flows smoothly.

I prefer the flexibility of JRiver,
even the BD menu support works better in JRiver

Would MP minimized in taskbar be enough to save power for you ?
If yes then an idea could be using MultiShortcut plugin....

Ok, I tried the MultiShortcut plugin,
I don't know if everything is installed correctly,
MP does not appear in the taskbar, but remains open in the background,
however I no longer have the problem of stuttering.
this is normal or has to be minimized in the taskbar ?
