Convert .ts to mpg? (3 Viewers)

Does anyone know of a free way to convert .ts to .mpeg.
i tried HDTVtoMPEG2 and ended up with bad audio video sync problems

I have a utility that I wrote for myself called "VOB Joiner". It allows me to select one or more movie folders (where DVDFab rips my dvd's to), and then "batch merge" each movie's group of VOB files into a single MPG file. I usually rip a bunch of movies and then run this utility against them, and then copy all of the resulting MPG files to my HTPC.

You can have a copy if you want (absolutely free), but I offer no real support for it - a casual discussion or two is welcomed, and I'll probably fix bugs that you might find, but basically, you get it "as is".

If you're concerned about viruses or back doors or anything like that, I can provide the source code as well.

There are no commandline options, so if that's a requirement, this program may not fit your needs.

If I misunderstood what you wanted, just ignore me.

Does anyone remember the last version of MP & TV server that recorded TV in mpg.
